FREE STANDARD DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £60 (Unless stated otherwise)
Delivery costs £3.95. UK deliveries within 3-5 working days.
Next Day Delivery costs £5.95.
During busy and sale periods next day delivery will be unavailable and please allow 5-7 working days.
Delivery costs £10. European delivery within 3-7 working days.
Delivery is £15.00 and normally takes up to 10 working days
Please note that we do not deliver to Russia or Canada
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
If you order Next Day Delivery by 3pm, Monday to Thursday, you will receive your goods the next day**. Please note the cut off for next day delivery on jewellery is 12pm. If you place an order after 3pm on a Thursday on a next day service you will not receive this until the following Monday, we do not deliver on Saturdays.
If you order anytime after 3pm on a Friday and over the weekend, you will receive your goods on the Tuesday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later.
During busy sale periods Next Day Delivery option may not be available. Any changes will be stated in delivery information.
We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so please be aware of any upcoming ones when you order!
**Provided our carriers services are functioning normally and there are no adverse weather conditions, or other factors which are out of our control.
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 3pm on the same day. We aim to dispatch any orders placed after this the following day, except Friday when we aim to dispatch on the following Monday or next working day if the Monday is a public holiday. These dates and times for delivery are not guaranteed and are all subject to availability from our on-site warehouse.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
If you are not happy with your goods you can return your order to the following address. It is your responsibility to arrange this and pay for the return. Goods must be returned within the cancellation period; this commences upon receipt of your item and ends 14 days later. We will not accept any returns for non-faulty items that have been used and tags removed.
Items returned outside the above time frames are only accepted at our discretion and can only be refunded as an 'on-line store credit'.
An extended returns period is being offered on items bought between Tuesday 2nd December 2014 and Tuesday 23rd December. You will have until Friday 9th January 2015 to return any items you are not happy with, providing the items have not been used and the tags still remain on the product. Please note, you still cannot return personalised bags
In the unlikely event that our goods are faulty, please follow the procedure outlined below to request a RN and to return the goods. If you have returned the goods to us within a reasonable amount of time and we agree that the goods are faulty we shall offer you a refund or replacement.
All returned items must have a Return Number (RN). You may obtain a RN by calling us on 01252 533 561 or by emailing email@example.com within the cancellation period. This RN number should be written on your original invoice and on the return label. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of your request for a RN.
All goods which have been returned in line with the Returns and Refunds policy will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card at the price paid for the item, including sales taxes but excluding shipping charges unless the item is faulty.
Hygiene - Please note that in the interests of hygiene, earrings cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.
