Terms and Conditions

Competitions

The following terms and conditions to apply to competitions and prize draws unless otherwise stated:
1. Prize draws and competitions are not open to employees (and their immediate families) of TLG Brands, their agents, or anyone connected with the competition or prize draw in question.
2. Only one entry per person. Collective and/or proxy entries are not allowed.
3. All prizes are subject to availability and TLG Brands reserves the right to exchange them for items of equal or greater value.
4. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. A winner(s) will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. In respect of competitions.
6. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner(s).
7. To request the name and county of the winner(s), please send a stamped self-addressed envelope to TLG Brands, 20 Broadway Chambers, Hammersmith Broadway, London, W6 7AF
8. Prizes unclaimed after 60 days will be deemed to have been forfeited and TLG Brands reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant.
9. The prize draws and competitions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
10. By entering a prize draw or competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions

Privacy Policy
If you order with us and/or sign up for our newsletter or email alerts we shall retain your details so that we can deal with your order and/or send you alerts. We shall not sell or rent your name, addresses, email addresses or other personal information without your consent.

If you wish any or all of your personal information submitted to be removed from our database at any time, or if you do not wish to receive any marketing information from us, or if you wish to update or correct any inaccuracies in the personal information we hold about you or, if you have any other comments e-mail us at info@fiorelli.com.

Prices and Ordering
No contract is created until we have accepted your order and sent you an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation within one working day please contact us (details are below) to check whether we have received your order. In the event that the product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an increase in prices that has not been updated on this site we will not process your order and will instead alert you immediately to the actual price of the goods. You will then have the option to proceed at this updated price.

Delivery
Standard delivery costs £3.95 with Royal Mail. UK deliveries within 2-3 working days.

UK Next Day delivery costs £5.95, all orders placed before 3pm will be delivered the Next Day.

European delivery costs €10. European delivery within 4-7 working days.

If you order by 1pm, Monday to Thursday, you will receive your goods the next day. If you order anytime on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your goods on the Tuesday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later.
We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so please be aware of any upcoming ones when you order!

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 1pm on the same day. We aim to dispatch any orders placed after this the following day, except Friday when we aim to dispatch on the following Monday or next working day if the Monday is a public holiday. These dates and times for delivery are not guaranteed and are all subject to availability from our on-site warehouse. Within the UK, parcels are sent via Royal Mail, tracked service.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Returns and Refunds policy

Non-faulty Goods
If you are not happy with your goods we offer a free returns process within the UK only using Royal Mail. If you want to return any goods from outside the UK this must be arranged and paid for by you. Goods must be returned within the cancellation period; this commences upon receipt of your item and ends 14 days later. We will not accept any returns for non-faulty items that have been used and tags removed.
Items returned outside the above time frames are only accepted at our discretion and can only be refunded as an 'on-line store credit'.

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that our goods are faulty, please follow the procedure outlined below to request a RN and to return the goods. If you have returned the goods to us within a reasonable amount of time and we agree that the goods are faulty we shall offer you a refund or replacement.

All Goods
All returned items must have a Return Number (RN). You may obtain a RN by calling us on 01252 533 561 within the cancellation period. This RN number should be written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of your request for a RN.
Our return address is detailed on a pre-printed shipping label supplied with your goods.
All goods which have been returned in line with the Returns and Refunds policy will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including sales taxes but excluding shipping charges unless the item is faulty.

Hygiene - Please note that in the interests of hygiene, all earrings cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.

General

TLG Brands Limited do not sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to third parties without your consent.

You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee and are not in any way responsible for the security or privacy of this Site and any information provided to or taken from this Site by you.
We shall have no liability to you for any loss of profits, business or revenue, damage to goodwill, economic and/or other loss that was not reasonably foreseeable by us at the time you entered into the contract to buy goods from us. We do not guarantee that our Site will be compatible with your computer, and we accept no liability for any corruption or loss of data held on your computer, or any liability for any other loss or damage of any kind caused to your computer resulting from the use of our Site.

These terms and conditions (“T&C”) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of this Site and purchase of goods, and supersede any other terms and conditions, agreement or understanding, arrangements, undertaking or proposal, written or oral, between you and us in relation to such matters. Your ordering of goods and use of the Site shall be deemed to be your acceptance of the T&C. In the event any other rules, code of conduct, or other matter posted on this Site conflicts with the terms of the T&C, those rules, code of conduct or other matter shall prevail over the T&C. No oral explanation or oral information given by any party shall bind us nor alter the interpretation of the T&C. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the T&C, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a representation in the T&C and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a term of the T&C save that your agreement contained in this Clause shall not apply in respect of any fraudulent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the T&C.
No waiver by Us of any breach of this Agreement shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same provision or other provision.
If any provision of this Agreement is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of this Agreement and the remainder of the affected provision shall be unaffected and shall remain in full force and effect.

We shall have no liability to You for any delay in performance to the extent that such delay is due to any event outside Our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, subcontractor delays, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events. If We are affected by any such event then time for performance shall be extended for a period equal to the period that such event or events delayed such performance.
The T&C will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
